Suspicious Activity- Purchased w/ Klarna
I received a call from a legit seller inquiring about delivery of an item "I" purchased...(I, in fact, most definitely DID NOT purchase this item.) It was payed for through Klarna, so the seller had already received full payment. I just happen to catch it before payments started getting drafted from my bank account. On the log, it said the transaction occured, LITERALLY, 2 days ago. While on the phone with the seller, I canceled the order.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Buyers cannot cancel their orders, they can only request that the seller cancel the transaction.
How were you able to request to cancel the order if you never purchased it?
Does the order appear in your Purchase History?
