I got suspended a few weeks ago because of items that supposedly didn't show up. I can't list and just want to talk to someone at ebay. Is there a way to talk to ebay?

@cards4taylor If your buyer files a not received refund request it is important to refund before eBay steps in and forces a refund on the 3rd business day. If eBay forces a refund then you get a defect which seriously hurts your account.

I see that you are using eBay Standard Envelope. You just need to refund and then file a PIP insurance claim

after refunding a buyer.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
