suspension threats
I moved last February to another town. Many of my boxes ended up in storage including a box of items listed on Ebay. Well from Feb 14th to Mar 19th i had to refund 14 items because of being "out of stock" because some items were probably still back in storage in town I moved from. Anyway it made my seller level look horrible even tho im 100% positive feedback and have great seller record except that one window. Now by end of next month the ratio will change dramatically because the one year reset, But im still getting threats from Ebay about possible suspension yet when i called they offered no help or understanding and i get evaluated again in 2 days. Ugh My hands are tied if they arent flexible and can clearly see my issues were during 2 week period when moving

Mentor8 months agoSorry, but you needed to take down or pause those listings if you could not deliver on time. There really is no exception if you had to cancel the transactions and left unhappy customers.
