Suspension of the listing.
I received an email about the suspension of my listing, and it states that I can dispute it. But no matter what I do, I am getting only a set of rules and no one to actually look at my item. Email says that this Listings that promote or glorify hatred, violence, or discrimination. It is a travel document, obviously; AI made a mistake. Can I do anything about it?

OP5 months agoA WWII German document allowing for the trip from Warsaw to a small town in occupied Polish territory, and proof of registration at the police station. I thought that this is maybe because of the stamp with the eagle and swastika, but there are hundreds of those on eBay.

I would definitely NOT try to relist that item. Stamps from WW2 Germany are allowed, however, it's likely something about the brochure sounds like Nazi propaganda.
Even if it isn't propaganda there is an enormous risk that it will be pulled down again.
-- Here is the policy that applies https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/offensive-material-policy?id=4324
Listings or content that promote, perpetuate or glorify hatred, violence, or discrimination, including on the grounds of race, ethnicity, color, religion, disability, national origin, sex, gender and gender identity or sexual orientation, aren't allowed. This includes but is not limited to the following:
Not allowed
The following items may be listed:
Even though you may see other listings, it doesn't mean the item is allowed.
✓ The other listings you see are like the cars speeding by on the highway. Many will get "pulled over by eBay"... their listing will get pulled down before or after the sale, and they get a serious warning on their account. Or, their account will be closed.
I know this isn't the answer you want to hear. You can find other marketplaces where you can sell these items.

I would suggest not appealing this one, it's a serious issue and if you appeal and win, it's very likely that it will be taken down again, and you will have 2 marks and still, no sale.
What exactly is the item? I can tell you more when I know what it is.
