Suspension of bidding

Hi! I'm new to this community. I had recently won a few bidding, during the payment process i had delayed 1-2 items (more than the 4 days limit) that i had won from the auction since i had a few more bidding that was going to end and was wondering to make all of the payment all together.
After the payment was made of all the items, my account got suspended for placing any more bid in auction.
Any idea where i could appeal or get it unsuspended?
