suspension
so i just made a seller account 10 minutes ago, i made 2 items and listed them on ebay using printify, then when i wanted to check on the ebay website i had to log in multiple times in a row. i then find out my account has been suspended. the message sends me to the help center, which says that all the information is in my messages but they just send me to the help center. they also say i have to contact support within 7 days or ill be permanently suspended, but on the "contact us" button, the only option is to have a chat with the ai assistant, and the only possible locations to have an actual call with an agent is from the US or Canada, but i live in germany, so i cant do a call and if being in germany is the problem, why do they have it as an option to tick off in the registration process. im at a total loss at what to do and it is stupidly frustrating navigating ebay. every single time i want to switch between the seller page, my messages or the help page i have to do the login process all over again which then spits me out on the main ebay page.
please help and tell me if im just being really really stupid
