Suspending my account.
I am tired of EBAY buyers saying my item arrived damaged. I refund their money and the seller keeps the item and gets the item for free.
Why does Ebay do this?

As seller you can wait with a refund until you received the item back.
You do have to send a free return label if buyers have a complaint.
