Suspended me from selling without an email explaining why.
I called customer service and they wouldn't or couldn't tell me why I was suspended. I can buy but I can't sell. The last selling experience I had the buyer said he didn't want the item. I accidentally ran my mouse over the refund button and gave him a refund without waiting on my 400.00 item being returned. I told him I had accidentally sent the refund and I would get the return mail postmark in the mail. I waited 3days and contacted him. He said he didn't receive it. I sent him another one and he said he didn't get it and he was going to keep the item. I was very upset so I called Ebay and they said they couldn't do anything since I returned his money. Just recently I tried to list an item and I was suspended. WHY?

First, make sure the registered name on ebay matches exactly to the name on your checking account. You can make any changes here:
My ebay > Summary > Account > Personal information
Make sure you supply a physical street address. You can change to your P.O. box later.
