Suspended for not buying won item

I have purchased so many won items last couple of years without issues and with great feedback.

Have no idea what happened when ebay says my buying is suspended because I was reported not paying for items! How do I discover if this was a miscommunication or down right error?

What message did you receive from eBay, and what did it say, exactly?

If you have two or more unpaid item cancellations in the last year (or six months or one month) some sellers will block you from buying from them, but this is an individual choice of the seller, not something that eBay imposes. When you have gone a sufficient amount of time without gaining any new unpaid item cancellations you should be able to buy again from those sellers unless they have specifically blocked you by username.
