Suspended buyer
I cannot reach a human to talk to. Every time the automated agent hangs up on me. a buyer was suspended from bidding on my items for one year because I canceled her bids for a personal problem she had. It was not a problem for me but i was trying help her get unsuspended. Any ideas how i can take care of this for her?

·3 years agoIf you have your account set to block buyers with unpaid items, you can add the buyer to your exclusion list.
Other then that, there's nothing you can do about the buyers account.
