I joined Ebay to purchase an item only. No selling ever intended. I haven't received my purchase, when promised, and my PayPal was charged. I don't understand what the problem is. Thanks for your reply.

How were you notified that you were suspended?

If you have not received the item you purchased and paid for, check your Purchase History for the estimated date of delivery.

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
