Suspended after 20 days, appeal denied - is there any angle left?

Account permanently suspended ~3 weeks after opening. No
listings removed, no sales, no buyer complaints, no policy
warnings, no verification request before the decision.
I appealed. Support asked for ID and proof of address. I sent
both the same day - government ID with MRZ and a stamped bank
statement, matching my registered name exactly. The denial
never mentioned the documents and said the decision is final.
What I did not disclose in the appeal, and now think is the
real cause: I had opened an earlier account first. I picked
Business by mistake, could not find how to change the account
type, so I abandoned it and opened a new one. The first had
zero listings and zero sales. Neither account was under any
restriction at the time. The same payout account is linked to
both.
1. Does a second account like this normally make a suspension
permanent, even when the first was never used and nothing
was being evaded?
2. Any channel left worth trying, or is this the end?
I would rather hear it straight than keep chasing it.
