suspended account
I am new to ebay. I listed my first item and was trying to link my wife to my account so we could both use the same account. Ebay suspended my account permanently. This is what ebay sent to me in an email.

I don't know what I did wrong and need to know what i need to do to get my account reactivated. Also if someone can give me ebay's phone number I would greatly appreciate it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
