Suspended Accounf
So eBay has suspended my account and they have asked for all my information which I have provided except for all the invoices for the purchases I have made. I have no way of gathering all that invoices but I was not aware that I needed to keep up with all the purchases I have made simply because I have bought products from multiple sellers. I have contacted eBay and they have refused to tell me exactly why they suspended my account and I have asked them to reach out to me by phone or email and this is on to the 3rd week I have been dealing with this issue. How can I get them to reinstate my account?

Ebay is checking up on sellers that sell expensive electronic items to prevent the site being used to sell stolen goods, that is why they are requesting an invoice for your purchse of the items you are selling.

OP2 years agoFirst off thank you for explaining the situation to me. This is the first I have been made aware of why my account was suspended. I was not aware that I would need to keep up with any receipts or invoices. I would not even know where to start. Is there any way that my account can be restored and from now on any future sales and purchases I make I will be sure to save all receipts or invoices. Thank you for getting back to me and please let me know what steps I need to make going forward.
