SUSPENDED
NEED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE , WHO HAS SUSPENDED BIDDING DUE TO PAYMENTS WHICH I HAVE ASKED TO BE CANCELLED BEFORE RECEIVING AND THIS WAS ACCEPTED BY THE SELLER.

Can you confirm that you received notification that you are being blocked from bidding or buying because of Unpaid items?
If a Seller cancels after day 4 of an Unpaid item and uses the reason "Buyer hasn't paid" your account gets an Unpaid item strike. One will not affect buying but 2 or more will. Those strikes take 12 months to roll off your account.
