suspected buyer, pls help
Just sold to an ebay buyer that has only 12 transactions so far and is a member since last year located in China with an US address that google research tells that this specific address is a scamming address with other websites such as ebay (sell/buy) where packages shows not being delivered. I am US located with no International shipping available... tried to get a hold of someone on ebay but no success. What should I do? Please Help

Mentor2 years agoYou are only responsible for delivery to the freight forwarder, which is a US address. This is why your buyer was able to purchase. Lots of international buyers use a freight forwarder.
Customer service will tell you that you have no grounds for cancelling the transaction. If you cancel the transaction, you must select 'I am out of stock/I can't complete the transaction'. You will get a defect for a cancelled transaction, and your buyer can leave feedback.
