Suspect Buyer
I listed an item for sale and ebay notified me that I have a 'sale'. I have sold many items on ebay to date, but when I went to 'complete' the sale process I got the message ' there's a problem, try later' Long story short, the funds for the 'purchase' have not showed up in my account and the buyer indicated that ebay said 'I'd get paid when the product ships', which of course is pure '**bleep**'. ebay states that only ship AFTER you get paid. The 'buyer' has opened a resolution request for a refund and since I don't have the money, a refund is out of the question.
Any ideas?
