Supposed Counterfeit item

Question

I had an item removed because someone said it was counterfeit. There was one other item exactly like it for sell on ebay for almost double what I had mine listed at. My question is can the seller of that other item report mine as a counterfeit? This is the item #, not sure if you can look at it now since it was removed 275942415446

@chip268 We can not see items that were removed.

It could have been removed because te manufacturer requested it. OR it was reported. eBay does err on the side on caution when items are reported as counterfeit. Do NOT try to relist the item.
