Support Help Suggestions - getting nowhere with Ebay
Hi! Hoping someone can offer help suggestions.
A month ago my account was hacked and two purchases were placed. At that time ebay changed my password and username and told me that I could revert my username in 30 days.
30 days has passed and I still can't change my username back. Also tge two fraudulent orders are still listed in my purchases list.
I've spoken to ebay on 9 separate occasions in 30 days, each time an agent assures me that the account will be fixed and the two fraudulent orders will be removed. None of that has ever happened. Even more frustrating is that every time I call ebay, they reset my password and I have to call to log in.
Any help suggestions? I've been w ebay for 25 years and will have to close my account if this isn't resolved.
