Support for an item that was purchased over 90 days
Is their a way to get help on an item that was purchased over 90 days and I have not received? The ebay help is not helpful with this situation.

Mentor8 months agoYou have 30 days to utilize eBay's money back guarantee. If the time has passed, they cannot help. You may be able to find restitution through your funding source, but they too have time limits. Try that.

Mentor8 months ago@grizant I am sorry but the eBay Money Back Guarantee is only 30 days from the last estimated delivery date. An eBay agent not extend the timeline or they would have to extend it for everyone.
You will have to file a refund request with your funding source. Paypal allows 180 days from the date of purchase as do some credit cards.
