Mentor1 year agoSorry this happened. However, eBay's Money Back Guaranty is only good for 30 days from delivery. So eBay can no longer help. Manufacturers warranty items not sellers. You will need to contact the manufacturer to see what help they can give to you.
You can also try a charge back from your payment source but they have time limits for doing this.
