I need help ebay is scamming me, charged me over $100+ and more in $0.25 recurring fee for extra listings for over 2months so I upgraded my subscription from 22 to $60 now they want to lower my selling limits so they are taking down my listings they are not relisting: So I'm down 300+ listings in 4 days and counting. I am paying for a $60 subscription I can NOT use. My account has been in below standards since AUGUST 2023 so ebay has been benefiting charging me extra below standards fees. I have many new things to list: more inventory that is just sitting I can not create new listings since they lowered my limits on my account! They are taking down my expiring listings one by one which is going to be a complete waste of time relisting later myself! Ebay is preventing me from doing my job and been benefiting since AUGUST charging me below standards fees! Not to mention racking up an extra $0.25 per listing fee on top of my older subscription from October. I have paid for November 2023's $60 subscription and have not been able to use the subscription since ebay has been taking down my expiring listings! The whole reason I am below standards is due to fraudulent returns by buyers. Every single return has been a scam by a buyer! I can provide evidence to each return my PayPal is in negative -$200 over my 1st ever fraudulent return where the customer wore my item then returned for a full refund! Plus I loose shipping there and shipping back to me. The scammers get a full refund. All my listings say FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS but ebay lets these scammers return items anyway. Makes NO sense! Another reason supposedly is: late shipments once I ship an item it is out of my hands sometimes it arrives late due to shipping service but I get put in below standard due to shipping services! Makes no sense. Somebody please help @president or CEO of ebay!!!

Here's how to contact eBay customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4191&st=10
2. Click Automated chat on the left hand side of the screen. ( Trust me)
3. Type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the correct department. If the bot asks another question after you answered type AGENT again. Then you will see the option to request a call back or live chat.
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
4. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
