I purchased a shelf from Supashops. It has been terrrible. I did not get the shelf I ordered. The order did not show up under my ebay purchases. I am trying to resolve the purchase but have not be able to contact anyone. I nolonger think ebay is a safe place to shop. Can you help me resolve my issues? Has this happened to others.

Mentor9 months agoDid you purchase the item as a guest on Ebay? If so, you cannot use your Ebay account to process your dispute. You will need to find the Order Confirmation email that Ebay sent you.
