I purchased a Sunbeam mixer that was damaged in transit. The seller alluded that they could replace the broken piece but now does not respond to my messages. I can't resell this item with a broken dial so what do I do? I don't see an option in ebay for my issue. This has gone on for several months now.

Mentor6 months agoYou have waited too long for ebay to help or you would have gotten a full refund. Best you can do is try opening a dispute through the payment processor used.
