Suggestions please!
New to the online selling scene. I recently sold a glass statue of a bird (cockatoo). Sadly the tail was snapped off during its journey. Well not sure what happened otw back, but upon recieving it back,it sounds totally obliterated. I mean it sounds shattered, and a "snapped off tail" wouldn't sound this like this. This sounds as if it is damaged pretty significantly. Im just wondering what I should do, if anything? Apparently you can appeal returns but I'm not sure. I was accused of having an "oh well attitude as well on my profile. I've been debating on what to do, do if theres a time limit to do anythingat all anyway, i may be too late.. suggestions welcomed & appreciated, if not thats cool too. 😊 thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from anyone. Mentor1 year agoPacking things like that can be a challenge. You will need to refund the buyer now that it has been returned.
