Suggestions on who to contact? Issue with ebay backend
Hello Ebay People,
I have an issue with my account, 13 transaction defect issue out of 408 over the past 12 months, My account now has lower selling limits, as of this past week.
I had an issue last year around may/june where wrong listings would randomly become active again, I fixed this by completely clearing all my listings and "ended" listings. I basically re did all my listings from scratch. This problem is what resulted in a majority of my "out of stock" cancelations came from. I notified ebay and they said it wouldn't really effect my selling ability at that time.
When it finally did, I lost my ability to promote listings and lost badges, which dinged my sales significantly, and now I am having this issue with very limited listing ability. Even if I sold my limit it would not take me out of the 2% threshold.
Any suggestions on who to contact to get this fixed? It seems ebay back end is basically digging my hole deeper, and wants me to stay in the red zone. I havent had any issues over the past 6 months, it is kind of ridiculous.
