suddenly when i try to make a purchase i can't get the screen to take my entry.

Question

when trying to make ebay purchase and i make selection i can go no further ......the browsing and checkout options work fine and my login procedure is fine. i have tried on other notebooks and my ebay has the same hangup problem on other tablets. i've never had a problem before and i've been buying for years. is this some kind of software problem? I would like to be able to use Ebay again.

Which browser and operating system are you using? Latest versions? Can you complete a purchase if you use a different browser? Or a private or incognito browser window?
