Suddenly stopped receiving offer notifications
Hello. I don't have a lot of listings for sale but just checked them on the app and saw that I have several expired offers over the last couple months. I only received 1 notice about an offer but never received emails, push notifications, nor alert message in my app on any of the other offers received.
I checked my ebay account settings and all notifications are turned on. I checked my email spam folder, plus ebay's promotional emails come into me inbox everyday.
The listings are Buy it Now, they're set to allow offers, and the min offer is $1. I don't have auto accept offers turned on.
I used to receive offer notices and have made sales from accepted offers in the past.
I'm bummed as I totally would have accepted a couple of the offers if I knew they had been received. Does anyone have suggestions on what I can check so I'll receive notice of incoming offers again? Thanks!
