Suddenly out of stock you made an offer on
I made an offer on a listing, less than 12 hours after making the offer, the item is suddenly out of stock. No message from the seller, and when I checked on sold items, it is not listed as a sold item. Checking the sellers other items, same item is listed. I though this was against eBays policy?

OP3 years agoI had just made the offer and they were available then. Then all pof a sudden it says out of stock, under the sold tab, there was NO transactions. It wasn't a matter of my offer not being accepted.

Mentor3 years ago@breitwings If the seller canceled as out of stock then they received a Defect on their account. Not too many defects and they are banned from selling on eBay.

OP3 years agoI never received a cancel notice. I just saw on the listing Out of stock.
