sudden appearance o f multiple packages - -- I had not even visited the Website for a year -

Hi I had ordered and recieved jewellery in 2023 and since then not visited EBAY for around a year -when I saw multiple jewellery items arriving at my doorstep -on or around Oct 7, 2024 about 10 items arrived within 2-3 days -all saying ordered on Oct 2 ,2024 . Who ordered these ? Or are these more than a year old orders suddenly getting filled --what is going on -the total bill -.2000 Dollars .

Not sure where the glitch is causing this, but I would set all the packages aside. I'm sure either the seller or buyer will be looking for these items at some point.
