Subscription Fee
I had a free trial subscription with Ebay starting around June 12, 2025. I called Ebay CS and cancelled the subscription the first week of July. I just found out that Ebay did not cancelled my subscription and charged my account on July 1st.
The rep then told me to log into my account and cancel the subscription only to found out after doing so Ebay is now charging me $65.84 for early termination fee. This is a complete rip off.
Need help how to get this matter resolved!
