Submit Offer for posted items?

Thanks for reviewing my threads.

I did submit an offer an items, by expecting an acknoledgement about acceptance to confirm my order. This is the way it worked in the past. This time, it went to fulfilment directly and pulled money from my account.

Seller usually send a link to accept and make payment. It did not happen this way.

This proces is not looking fair for buyer and not passing a smell test.

If we submit multiple offers of same product with multiple sellers, buyer hold a bag with same products and money got pulled from buyer account.

How does EBAY protect buyer and honor their bill of rights?

What are the options I have ? How do I reach ebay support to resolve this issue?

There is no need to contact support as there is no issue.

eBay doesn't have a "bill of rights" but eBay policy has always been that if you make an offer and it is accepted, you are contractually bound to pay.

For that reason, you should not be making offers for the same product from multiple sellers unless you want all the items you've made offers on. Once an offer is accepted, either automatically or manually by the seller, you are obligated to pay and that's whether auto-pay is turned on by the seller or not (eventually it will be turned on for all sellers).
