Hello eBay Support Team,
I am trying to list a product on my eBay account, but I keep receiving the message:
"We’re unable to verify your identity at this time. Please contact us and then come back to this page and click Continue to proceed."
I believe I may have made a mistake during the initial verification. I have my valid government ID and address proof ready. Please guide me on how I can successfully complete my identity verification so I can resume listing products.
