Subject: Shipping Status Not Updated to Delivere
Dear eBay Support,
I am writing to inform you that the package for order 06-12319-62299 has been successfully delivered to the buyer on 11/21/2024 However, the shipping status is still showing as "Shipping." Could you please update the status to "Delivered" so that I can receive my payment?

eBay cannot update the shipping status. That comes from the carrier.
Regardless, as a new seller, you are subject to payment holds which are typically 30 days. Learn more about payment holds here:
