Subject: Request for New Return Label
Dear eBay Support,
I recently purchased a mobile phone on eBay, but the item had a replaced front screen, so I applied for a refund, which was approved. However, the return label you provided is not valid. The postal office could not process the return using this label.
Please send me a new, valid return label as soon as possible so I can return the item and complete the refund process. Thank you for your quick assistance.

You are located in Italy.
You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.it
There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.
In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.
