This buyer bought one earring from our shop who delivered the earring on 7th march.We got the first message from Buyer on 8th March in which the buyer has said that he received the earring with a bent wire.We immediately replied to the buyer on 8th March asking you to return the earring or get it repaired yourself.We did not get any response from the buyer nor did the buyer return the earring.The buyer says we have not responded to the buyer's message You can investigate the matter Buyer is lying.We are deeply troubled by this negative feedback given through no fault of ours.
