Subject: Communication Preferences missing "Push" and "Real-time" columns
Hi Mentors,
I’m trying to set up real-time alerts for Best Offers so I don't miss any more sales, but I've hit a wall. On my Communication Preferences page, when I click "Edit" next to Selling Activity, I only see one column of checkboxes (Email).
The columns for "SMS" and "Push" are completely missing. I am on a Mac using Chrome and Safari, my window is maximized, and I’ve tried switching between "Text-only" and "Includes graphics" in the delivery options, but the extra columns never appear.
Is there a trick to forcing the Real-time/Push columns to show up on the desktop site?

If you want settings for Push Notifications, check the eBay app.
