Subcategories not working correctly.

I put in some categories and subcategories, such as Clothing - Bandanas. When I click on Bandanas it shows everything in the Clothing category. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanik you.

My Bandanas sub-category is the only one that I see that is correct. I've tried 3 different browsers and cleared the cache, so I don't know. But if it works for you then I'll just assume for some reason isn't showing right with me. Thanks.

I see 3 listings in your Bandanas subcategory, but those items are also in the Clothing category. ebay does allow having one item listed in 2 categories.

That is the only sub-category I see that is working correctly. All of the other sub-categories shows everything that is in their category.

Hi @misfitz

I just re-read your posts and took another look. I completely missed that it is subcategories you're specifically having the problem with - not categories, and you're correct - the item are not necessarily in the correct ones.

You may need to go through your items one by one to do your edits. So for example, you have a category called Decor with a subcategory of Frames. Since you only have one subcategory, that's the only one you can pick when listing any decor item. - in other words, you can't pick a category and then pick a subcategory. You can only pick a category>subcategory combination. Either create more Decor subcategory combinations or remove the one for Frames.
