STUPID PURCHASE
I keep books for a friend and in November I stupidly bought quickbooks software from them. I could not find it anywhere at the time. I loaded it pretty quickly so I thought things were fine. Started working on his books that are due on Wednesday and the software says I have to authenticate. I went to do that and was told that license number the SOFTWARE was giving me was not valid. Yes, checked 100 times. Now I can't get hold of anyone at Ebay to help me. Seller is long off site. Ebay has become very hard to get through. The Help & Contact section is absolutely worthless. I am in tears and am about to lose it.

eBay can not help you - the money back guarantee is for 30 days after receipt.
You can call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not as described. Most cards can help for at least 90 days, many as much as 180 days.
