eBay customer service is absolutely disappointing. I order an item eBay says it has arrived, and I haven’t received the item. I tried contacting eBay, but it was no help.

Mentor2 years agoSometimes a package gets a premature delivery scan instead of an acceptance scan. Or the seller may have given you the wrong tracking number by mistake. What kind of feedback does your seller have for selling? If the seller has a decent history of selling, wait a few days to see if the tracking is updated or the item appears.
If the seller has little or no selling experience or if the item does not turn up, check with the shipping service to determine if the tracking number corresponds to a delivery to your address.
