Student Research: Looking to interview active eBay sellers on workflows & operational pain points
Hello eBay Community,
I’m currently a student taking a tech venture capstone course where our team is studying the day-to-day operational realities, tools, and workflows of independent e-commerce sellers.
I am hoping to connect with a few active eBay sellers for a brief 30-minute interview via Zoom or Google Meet to learn about your experiences running your shop.
Topics we’d love to learn about:
Your routine for creating listings, managing inventory, and handling packing/shipping.
Software, spreadsheets, or third-party tools you rely on (and where you feel existing tools fall short).
Daily operational friction points you face when trying to manage or scale your business.
A few quick notes:
Purely Academic: I am not promoting any product, selling service, or offering consulting. This is 100% for a university research project.
