Stuck in feedback loop because of a late cancellation
A buyer purchased an item from me, so I purchased the label with the funds given from their account. They messaged minutes later requesting for me to cancel. I canceled the shipping label, then I went to the order details to cancel and am being prompted to pay the balance of the shipping. I can't pay out of my own pocket. Buyer is asking to me just figure it out and I'm very frustrated, this is my first time selling... I also don't have my ssn added yet so I just don't know where to go from here
