STUCK IN CUSTOMS AND NO HELP
I ordered a brand new water pump for a Kawasaki motorcycle. The seller is in Japan. Shipped it now it’s stuck in Memphis Tennessee in customs. They won’t respond to FedEx. They need some form and I can’t do anything. Seller isn’t responding. eBay hasn’t done anything won’t respond. It cost me over $300 and now it’s just sitting somewhere and I can’t get it.
