Stuck in a loop; eBay won’t let me pay my $4 balance so I can ship my orders!
Hey everyone, I’m hoping someone here has a workaround because I’m losing my mind with the shipping label tool.
Right now, my "Available Funds" are at -$4.88 from a previous label. I have plenty of money in "Held Funds" from new sales to cover it, but eBay has locked my shipping page to ONLY use "Available Funds."
Since that balance is negative, it won't let me buy labels. Here’s the kicker: there is literally NO option to change my payment method to a debit card or PayPal on the shipping page. I even tried to just manually pay the $4.88 to get back to zero, but the "One-time payment" button is missing from my payments page. When I try to force it, eBay just says "no payments due."
I’ve already spent hours on the phone with support, and they just opened an "IT ticket" and told me to wait. Meanwhile, my buyers are waiting for their items and I look like I don’t know what I’m doing.
Has anyone else dealt with this "locked" payment thing? Is there some hidden way to pay a negative balance when eBay won't show the button? I'm about ready to just move everything over to Pirate Ship because this is ridiculous.
