Stuck Claims, Zero Support
Summary: quetzalcoatl99 expresses frustration with eBay's customer support, describing how the system fails to assist high-volume buyers when issues arise. They have multiple unresolved claims and have been ignored by support despite spending thousands on the platform. They seek advice on effective escalation methods or specific contacts for commercial buyers who can resolve such cases.
Hello eBay Community,
I am writing this out of sheer frustration because I have hit a brick wall with customer support, and I am hoping someone here might have advice on how to escalate this properly.
I am a commercial buyer on eBay, and I spend thousands of dollars here regularly. While I generate good business on this platform, the reality is that when things go wrong, the support system completely fails.
Right now, I have three separate items where I am trying to get my money back, and eBay has completely ignored me. I have contacted support multiple times, gone through their standard channels, and spoken to representatives, but nothing gets resolved.
It isn't just about the immediate loss on these specific transactions—it is about the long-term viability of spending thousands of dollars on a platform that appears structurally incapable of protecting or assisting its buyers when issues arise.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of breakdown in support as a high-volume buyer?
Is there a specific department, escalation method, or direct contact tier for commercial/frequent buyers that actually has the authority to resolve stuck cases?
Any guidance from veteran community members would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Is there tracking that shows delivery for each transaction? What, if anything, did you receive?
Did you file appropriate "item not received" or "not as described" claims in time, and then ask eBay to step in after three business days but before twenty-one business days from starting your claims?
Check the status of your current cases here:

Most cases do not require buyers to contact eBay directly. How do your cases differ from the standard cases that are handled automatically, if they do?
