Struggling to have my account restrictions lifted.
Hi all,
My account has recently been restricted as I'm a new seller - completely understand as they want to make sure everything is legit, however I'm having issues getting this sorted.
The message asks me to go into the help & contact section, and to contact them - however I'm either greeted with their chatbot - who tells me to read my messages again, or they give the option for them to call me however I can only enter a US or Canada number while I'm UK based.
At this point I'm going round in circles, any advice?
