My 1st sale so I had to wait for my actual ID to ser up my bank account now eBay paid the shipping & so did I! + insurance and my USPS TRACKING # SAYS DELIVERED WHY ARE MY FUNDS "ON HOLD" & HOW DO I GET PAID ? PAID BACK FOR PAYING OUT OF POCKET FOR SHIPPING?

Your buyer pays YOU for shipping, and you purchase the shipping label.
As a new seller, your funds are subject to payment holds (usually about 30 days). Learn more about payment holds here:
