Stretchy Clothing - How to Deal With eBay's New Size Standards

With eBay's recent changes to clothing size standards, how are sellers of stretchy clothing, which can fit a range of sizes rather than just one size, dealing with these changes? I sell leggings and a couple of bodysuits which I have always listed as "One Size - Regular" and "One Size - Plus." However, this is no longer allowed. For example, the plus size leggings will fit MOST wearing sizes XL-2X, depending on body type.

@country_cuz I understand that this can be an issue when listing that type of clothing. All you can do is select what you think is the best size option from the standardized list then include the size range in the title and description.
