They are asking for community insights and experiences with similar situations.
Hello everyone,
I recently encountered a situation while participating in online auctions, and I would love to hear your thoughts and advice. I won two auctions from the same seller, who kindly agreed to hold the first item while I completed the second auction. They assured me that combined shipping was possible, which influenced my decision to bid higher on the second auction. However, I'm now facing a challenge: there seems to be no option for combined shipping at checkout.
Have any of you experienced a similar issue? What steps did you take to resolve it? Are there any specific strategies or tips you can suggest to ensure a smooth transaction when dealing with combined shipping in online auctions? Additionally, how would you approach communication with the seller in this case?
Your insights and experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Mentor1 month ago@mdrofcharlottetn The seller must turn on the option for invoices in account settings. AND also turn off requiring automatic payment in account settings.
You will need to work with the seller, select contact seller from next to the item in your purchase history. The seller can issue a partial refund for shipping overcharges but are not required to do so.
