Strange message from seller
I received this message from a seller and am not sure how to respond
“Hey! I’m sorry to inform you but eBay has set a limit to how many items I can sell in a day, so your payment did not go through, although I am able to refund this order I will still be able to ship your item if your willing to do direct payment for 25$ off! Thank you and have a nice day!â€

Just to add - you can report the message and the seller.
In your messages, view the message then under actions select report. I would select other and then describe ‘attempt to take sale off of eBy’.
On this page select violated policy - https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022 then select seller offered to sell a listed item outside of eBay.
